The JFY ET series CNC turret punch is an economical 33 ton mechanical press capable of 300 strokes per minute utilizing a pneumatically operated clutch. Designed for thin turret tooling, the precision turret is fully bushed for longevity with upper and tower turrets machined together to assure precise tool alignment. The auto-index consists of a high precision worm wheel and worm mechanism. Hard brush and ball worktable reduces noise and vibration, and protects the steel plate from scratches. Floating pneumatic damps hold various plate thicknesses.

  • The integral structure of beam and carriage enhances the rigidity and precision; it also ensures the smoothness of feeding at high speed and eliminates the dynamic deflection of X, Y Axes.

    		Integrated beam and carriage structure enhances rigidity, assures accurate positioning and stable feeding at high speed, and also prevents dynamic offset of the X and Y axis worktable. Precision Bosch Rexroth large traverse ballscrews and linear guideways provide exceptional accuracy and reliability.

    World Class Components
    		Pneumatic and electric components are all respected industry names, Festo, Schneider, SMC, SMB and Truck, assuring total integrity and reliability. FAGOR 8055 CNC servo motors and controller are standard and connect via a RS232 port. The CNC also features pulse encoder semi loop feedback, numerical AC servo driver and motor, plus strong self diagnostic and protection functions.
